These past months, our Support Team successfully completed a series of maintenance interventions at three carbon anode production facilities in China: Jinan Aohai, Jinan Wanrui and Shandong Chenyang.
The missions involved preventive maintenance and performance verification on several Carbon Test Equipment, ensuring that each system continues to operate at the highest standards of reliability and accuracy.
In addition to these maintenance activities, our team also completed the installation and start-up of a new equipment for the measurement of the Air Permeability (RDC-145) at Jinan Aohai, providing on-site support, system validation, and operator guidance to ensure a smooth start-up and optimal performance from day one.
Regular maintenance is a key element in preserving the quality and precision of Carbon Test Equipment. Over time, normal wear, environmental factors, and intensive use can affect measurement accuracy and system performance. Regular scheduled maintenance helps identify potential issues before they impact operations, minimizes downtime, and ensures that test results remain consistent, reliable, and fully aligned with customer quality requirements.
These visits also provided an excellent opportunity for our qualified engineers to work closely with customer teams, answer technical questions, and share best practices for equipment operation and maintenance.
